Refund policy

All Authenticity Attire apparel is made to order through our production partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at authenticityattire@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong item received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will correct it at no cost to you.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
